Factors of a Good Shape.

Nobody can tell you if you are "well shaped". It is a state of comfort. People today see a person with a nice shape everywhere. Their is no true perfect shape. Of course however, their is a concern with shape when it comes to your health.
The mainstream way to ensure your weight is healthy involves math. Dont be alarmed its pretty simple. The math is actually to find your body mass index(BMI). This is plainly put just the way to determine if your weight is healthy for your height.
Less than half of the adults in the United States have a healthy BMI. For adults, an ideal range is between 18.5 and 24.9; a person with a BMI over 24.9 is considered overweight, and a person with a BMI under 18.5 is considered underweight.
I have inserted a link to a reliable BMI calculator to help ensure you are aware of wether or not you are considered "healthy".
